1. Operating Hours
We operate by appointment only.Most appointments are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.However, evening and weekend appointments are available based on scheduling.

Walk-ins are not accepted to ensure personalized and timely service for each client.
Appointments have a 10-minute late grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be considered a no-show and may need to reschedule.
3. Services
We specialize in alterations, custom tailoring, and repairs.A comprehensive list of commonly requested services and pricing can be found on our website.Please note, pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the materials involved.
4. Rush Services
All rush services are subject to the availability of our seamstress to complete the work within the given time frame. You may not be charged these fees if there is no other ongoing work in the shop that needs to be paused to accommodate your request.
Same Day Service: Offered if the work is dropped off before noon, with completion by 9 PM. This service incurs an additional fee of $15 for the first hour and an additional $10 for every subsequent hour.
48-Hour Service: Offered with an extra fee of $10 for the first hour and an additional $5 for every subsequent hour. There is no specific drop-off time requirement for 48-hour service.
5. Pricing and Payment
Our shop rate is $40 per hour.
Prices vary based on the complexity of the work and materials required.
The prices listed on our website reflect the usual and minimum costs for a job.
Additional costs may apply for specific fabrics, techniques, and extra materials
.A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all custom work and tailoring jobs exceeding $100.
Full payment is due upon completion of services.
We accept payment in cash, credit cards, and through mobile payment options.
6. Turnaround Time
Standard alterations: 5-7 business days
Custom tailoring: 2-4 weeks
Rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
7. Fitting and Measurements
Accurate measurements are essential for achieving the best fit. We encourage customers to wear proper undergarments and bring the shoes they intend to wear with the garment during fittings.
Additional fittings may be necessary for complex alterations or custom garments to ensure the perfect fit.
We will sew garments that have been pre-pinned by the customer; however, we strictly follow the provided pinning. Please note, there is no refund if the garment is pinned incorrectly.
8. Feather Policy
Garments with feather, down filling, or similar materials are subject to an additional $20 fee.
This fee covers the extra cleaning required in the sewing room after handling these materials.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

10. Garment Care and Liability
We handle all garments with the utmost care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with the garment that may arise during alterations.Customers should inspect their garments upon pick-up to ensure satisfaction.
11. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer returns or refunds on altered or custom-made garments.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any concerns or adjustments needed within 7 days of pick-up.
